The "Parcours Découverte" offers kindergarten pupils (and structures working in the field of early childhood) the chance to meet a guest artist in the GMEM studios, during a rehearsal or show presentation. Beforehand, a facilitator comes to each class to introduce the pupils to an artistic practice linked to the chosen show (listening to works, recording, practicing an instrument, voice, etc.).
The aim of this program is to awaken children's curiosity and listening skills by introducing them to new and amusing sound environments.

The Awareness Program is composed of a variety of actions to choose from, for your primary school classes. Whether it's a visit to our premises followed by a meeting with the artists in residence, a visit to a school performance after preparation in class, or the construction of a more ambitious creative project, our projects can be adapted to your wishes. The objective of these actions is to arouse the interest and curiosity of the pupils around the music of creation, by offering them the keys to apprehend them.
The Parcours Initiation has been designed to guide middle-school students in their exploration of creative music. Comprising three closely complementary phases, the course aims to introduce them to our music through hands-on experience, active and accompanied listening, followed by a live performance. Accompanied by several artists and industry professionals, students are introduced to experimental music and encouraged to develop their critical thinking and artistic sensibilities.
The aim of the Parcours Création is to give high-school students the opportunity to put themselves in the shoes of a sound designer or composer. Accompanied by an artist whose world(s) they are discovering, they are encouraged to think about and produce a sound or musical production, over the course of several in-school workshops. From technical conception to composition, they are guided through each stage of an artistic project. In addition to these workshops with a composer, we offer the class(es) concerned the chance to take part in other activities (workshops, listening sessions, concerts/performances) designed to complete their understanding and knowledge of creative music.
