Within the framework of CHRONICLES - the Biennial of Digital Imaginations

Seuil is an invitation to visit an interstice, an in-between world, by exploring the learning of a new language and by weaving links with mineral, vegetal and imaginary populations. These movements and encounters create a common zone of exchange, from which to draw the resources of metamorphosis.

The imaginary is summoned here by the voice and by a multi-diffusion: speakers and vibrating plate on which the public comes to settle. This device creates spaces of perception that can make us travel in a hypnagogic state (between wakefulness and sleep), to summon a larger Us.

Created in 2018 and organized by CHRONICLES - Seconde Nature in Aix-en-Provence and ZINC in Marseille - the Biennale des Imaginaires Numériques is the highlight of digital arts and culture in the South region. From November 10, 2022 to January 22, 2023, the public is invited to discover a multidisciplinary program of exhibitions, concerts, performances, live shows, professional meetings, educational and cultural activities. Built in collaboration with Belgium (Wallonia - Brussels - Flanders) and many partners of the territory, this 3rd edition explores the theme of the Night and brings together the work of local, national and international artists from all horizons. An invitation to experience, discover and explore.
