As part of CHRONICLES - the Biennial of Digital Imaginations (November 10, 2022 to January 22, 2023).

Research residency and creation of the project Chansons de Toile
-
Chansons de Toile
is a participative multimedia work created and performed by the collective La Pulpe, which combines vocal practice, video games and role-playing games in order to create a transmedia choir.

Between nocturnal vigil and digital worlds, Chansons de Toile will take spectators on a (c)haunted journey into the heart of the night. Questioning the form that a choir whose voices, texts and modes of appearance would be distributed between several platforms - between the physicality of the real and the dream allowed by virtual worlds - we wish to propose an experience of immersive narration in which live sung voices, electronic music, headphone listening and simultaneous broadcasting in an online 3D universe intertwine and merge.
