The Module and its spaces
The GMEM provides musicians, composers, artists, producers and companies with equipped and flexible work spaces, including several studios.
These places welcome, during residencies, artistic projects of musical creation in the fields of instrumental, experimental, mixed, electronic or improvised music.
These projects can be interdisciplinary and received at any phase of the work in progress.
The GMEM is more than 1,000 m2 including
- 1 creation stage, the Module (197m²) perched on stilts 8m high, with a ceiling height of 11m
- 1 recording/rehearsal room (110 m2) with a booth (33 m2)
- 1 large studio (55 m2)
- 1 teaching studio (63 m2)
- 1 research studio (40 m2)
- 1 foyer (113m2)
and offices (200m2)
