Renowned for her singular approach to the prepared piano and her innovative sound exploration, she develops ambitious projects combining writing, improvisation and acoustic textures. She leads the Red Desert Orchestra and collaborates with numerous international artists. Her music, free and organic, blurs the boundaries between genres.

Heida Karine Jóhannesdóttir Mobeck
Heida Karine Jóhannesdóttir Mobeck, born May 7, 1987 in Trondheim (Norway), is a versatile and visionary musician, active at the crossroads of jazz, free improvisation, electronics and the visual arts. Trained at the Institutt for musikk (NTNU) in Trondheim, she has distinguished herself as a tuba player, composer, sound engineer and designer.

Blanche Lafuente
Blanche Lafuente is a French drummer and improviser active on the jazz, experimental and alternative scenes. Her percussive playing, at the crossroads of punk, free jazz and performance music, is distinguished by its expressive power and formal freedom. A member of the group Nout and collaborator on transdisciplinary projects, she will be a resident of the Villa Albertine in 2026 for 2 months in Atlanta.
