18th edition of FIDLab (July 9 and 10, 2026)
At the heart of FIDMarseille (July 7–12, 2026)
International Co-Production Platform
FIDLab is a space for work, collaboration, and networking dedicated to film projects selected through an international call for submissions. Each year, about a dozen projects—including fiction, documentary, animation, and series—are selected, regardless of format, runtime, subject matter, or stage of development: writing, development, or post-production. Designed to accelerate projects, the FIDLab offers filmmakers the opportunity for dynamic interactions with producers, funding organizations, broadcasters, distributors, sales agents, and television networks. A true talent incubator and a showcase for diversity, it has now become an internationally recognized label.
The GMEM (National Center for Musical Creation in Marseille) provides access to its recording studios (recording stage and booth) and/or editing and mixing facilities, with support from GMEM’s technical staff. Depending on the nature of their project, the winner will be able to finalize an electroacoustic musical composition, record music, and/or edit and mix the soundtrack.
The winner is Sofia Bohdanowicz.
