The GMEM is associated with the Phonurgia Nova Awards, 25th edition!
Hosted by the Centre Wallonie-Bruxelles in Paris and the Bibliothèque nationale de France, the festival is an observatory of emerging radio creation, distinguishing authors who explore the real and the imaginary sound.
Carried by poets, inventors and mavericks, this strange idea that the radio can welcome in the hollow of the waves, an original creation, is transmitted and perpetuated miraculously for a century. It has never known a more contrasted environment than today. It is on this miracle that each edition of the Phonurgia Nova Awards looks at.
Are you an author of radio creations, performances or podcasts, of Hörspiel, or of devices that bring into play the narrativity of sound? These Awards are designed for you.
