"It will be a performance concert that will always use the same recorded base (music and sounds) and the same images, but where my physical musical presence will bring a different light each time. It is a way for me to link in a solo the three main musical directions, composition, improvisation and the use of traditional music elements, which are the signature of my work. The subject is the sea and travel. The sea that opens up spaces for dreaming but also the sea that is a barrier and a border. The sea that invites to travel and the sea that swallows up people and hopes. The sea is also apparently immobile but in constant movement. It separates us and unites us, does it not unite us more than it separates us? A long poem in Occitan, Provençal but not only, carried by ten voices will participate in this music of the landscape, the language and life. - Miquèu Montanaro
