It will also be an opportunity to invite local residents to discover the project and get involved...

Maël Bailly
musician, composer
Maël Bailly's path to musical creation began with the practice of improvised music. Originally a violinist, he switched to the viola in Gilles Deliège's class at the Tours Conservatoire, and discovered the contemporary repertoire. He went on to win a Prix de perfectionnement, as well as a DEM in composition and chamber music. A decisive meeting with Alessandro Solbiati opened the way to composition. The following year, he was accepted into Gérard Pesson's composition class at the Paris Conservatoire in the 20th and 21st centuries. He took part in the Voix Nouvelles de Royaumont academy in 2016. In addition to composing, he performs and records as a violist, notably with the Medvedkine quartet (contemporary ciné-concert), the Padam quartet (classical repertoire and chanson de rue) and on the improvised music scene, where he works with Joëlle Léandre, Alexandros Markéas, Vincent Le Quang and Dominique Piffarelli. His music has been performed by the Divertimento ensemble, the MDI ensemble and the Athamar quartet.
Brigitte Fabre

Brigitte Fabre is a choral conductor based in Marseille. She directs the vocal ensemble Les Vallonés, which she founded in 1990, as well as other groups with whom she explores a wide variety of repertoires: a human and musical adventure fueled by her passion and curiosity for music and choral singing. With the association Les Vallonés, she leads projects to promote amateur musical practice and cultural development, organizing workshops, concerts and events (Rencontres Vocales). She teaches choral singing at the Cité de la Musique in Marseille, and is a lecturer at the CFMI in Aix-en-Provence (Centre de Formation des Musiciens Intervenants), from which she graduated in 1988. She has a musical (flute, singing) and theatrical background, as well as a wealth of stage experience, and continues to train throughout her professional life (choral conducting courses, etc.). She enjoys enriching her experience by collaborating with musicians, singers, scenographers, etc.
Loïse Bulot
sound and visual artist
Loïse Bulot constructs a dreamlike universe through the visual arts and music. After studying piano and graphic arts in Paris, she continued her studies at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Marseille, then at the Conservatoire, where she won a prize for electroacoustic composition.
Her acousmatic music has been performed at various festivals (France, Spain, Germany, Mexico, Canada), and she won the Luigi Russolo 2nd prize for electroacoustic composition in 2014, and the Banc d'essai (GRM) competition in 2015. She develops her work around a variety of projects: drawing and comic strips, installations, electroacoustic and mixed compositions, participatory workshops.
Johanna Renaud
musician
Johanna Renaud, born in Marseille, learns piano and cello using the Suzuki method. She continued her musical studies at the Conservatoire and University of Lyon, where she was awarded the Société Philharmonique prize in 2009. She then entered London's Royal College of Music in cello class and obtained her Master's degree in 2011.
Until 2016, she worked with several orchestras in England, including the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and mainly the BBC Symphony Orchestra, with whom she still performs.
Johanna also performs at major festivals such as the Proms at the Royal Albert Hall, the Glyndebourne Opera Festival and the Edinburgh Summer Festival.
Returning to Marseille in 2016, Johanna decided to share her musical experiences with young people. She conducts the Harmonie Cités orchestra, teaches cello as part of the Démos project and accompanies the Calanques petits violons orchestra on cello.
