Sensual, adventurous music by Carol Robinson... The sounds of clarinet and guitar make sense together as they emerge from the instruments of Carol Robinson and Serge Teyssot-Gay. The bass clarinet becomes electric and hybrid, as does the electric guitar, and the result is a piece as poignant as it is heartbreaking. In a flow of vibrations, impulses, waves of sound and expression, an unexpected fusion of timbres emerges: soft, ethereal or, on the contrary, rough, hard or torn.

Carol Robinson and Serge Teyssot-Gay met at the Abbaye de Royaumont during the Slam et Souffle production. Whatever their divergent backgrounds, their musical complicity was an obvious choice, later developed in the group Interzone Extended. Dozens of concerts later, in addition to playing as a duo, they create music for dance and conceive unusual forms of musical performance...Carol Robinson wrote this music for their duo during a carte blanche at the Festival Musique Action - CCAM scène nationale.
