The Conservatoire de Marseille's electroacoustic class is hosted on a weekly basis throughout the year at GMEM.

Students, under the responsibility of their teacher Jean-Luc Gergonne, have access to composition studio equipment (computer and analog tools). They also benefit from the advice of the GMEM's technical manager.

Exams bring the school year to a close.

Cycle I.1 : Passage to cycle II.1
- a 5 min. piece
- a 2 min. sound recording
- a 1 min. multimicrophony
- a 7 min. interview.

Cycle II.2 : Passage to specialized cycle with B.E.M.
- one piece of 8 to 10 min.
- one piece of 12 to 14 min.
- three microphonies of 1 min, 1 min and 3 min.
- one interview of 15 min.

Cycle III: Passage to specialized cycle with C.E.M. diploma

 presentation of the multimicrophone module
- presentation of the electronic device module
- presentation of the mixed part module

Specialized cycle: validation of a D.E.M. with presentation of the remaining modules:

- presentation of the multi-microphone module
- presentation of the mixed room module

- presentation of the part module in 8 points
