Under the high patronage of Monsieur Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic and Herr Alexander van der Bellen, Bundespräsident der Republic Österreich

The GMEM hosts the first edition of the ARCO Summer University, the result of a partnership with the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg. The 2019 edition in Marseille will welcome twelve young composers whose scores will be worked on, rehearsed and performed by the Ensemble Multilatérale, Les Métaboles and the Tana Quartet. Regular guests of prestigious festivals in France and Europe, the performers reflect the ambition of this initiative.

In addition to the two closing concerts where the works of the trainee composers will be premiered, two other moments will be proposed in the form of "musical walks" in the spaces of the residents of the Friche Belle de Mai.

-
MON. JULY 8 AT 6:30 PM
