The Noorg duo, now a fixture on the electroacoustic noise-drone scene, continue their work with a third album, "Novum Organum", due for release in spring 2025.
Around an orchestral timpani, multiple sound objects, analog keyboards and a max-msp patch, 18 loudspeakers surround and place the audience inside a double ring of sounds, in a real-time spatialization.
Noorg makes improvised music that is precise and minimal, thick and massive, proceeding in successive stages, playing with harmonic detachments and rhythmic changes that sculpt an intense imaginary framework, palpable to the ears, bodies and minds.
